Pro-Chancellor- Prof. T.E. Vanbuskirk The Pro-Chancellor assists and represents the chancellor followed by the President and Vice-Chancellor and the University Registrar as Secretary of the Board.

The Pro-Chancellor of the University and the Board of Regents is elected every six years to deputize the Chancellor over all the Board meetings, on behalf of the chancellor, signs all approved and official board documents and preside over all the official ceremonies of the university, confer the certificates , diplomas and the degrees of the university and represent the university in all official public gatherings and organizing fund –raising activities of the university in the absence of the Chancellor . The Pro-Chancellor, like the chancellor, must be a highly accomplished individual, a doctorate degree holder with excellent moral and intellectual pedigree commanding the respect of all in and outside the community.
