About the Board of Regents
The University of America University System is govern by a Board of Regents and Fellows- who are learned men and women of high moral character and integrity drown from disparate academic, professional, national and racial backgrounds ranging from five to twenty four members that meets as needed to pilot the affairs of the university , at least once every year .
The UoA Board of Regents and Fellows is headed by a Chairperson elected by the board to assume the post referred to as being the ’’ Chancellor of the University and the Board of Regents. The Chancellor of the University and the Board of Regents is the titular ceremonial head of the university and the chairman of the Board of the Regents and Fellows.

The Chancellor of the University and the Board of Regents is elected every six years to preside over all the Board meetings, signs all approved and official board documents and preside over all the official ceremonies of the university, confer the certificates , diplomas and the degrees of the university and represent the university in all official public gatherings and organizing fund –raising activities of the university. The chancellor must be a highly accomplished individual, a doctorate degree holder with excellent moral and intellectual pedigree commanding the respect of all in and outside the community. He is assisted and represented by the Pro-chancellor followed by the President and Vice-Chancellor and the University Registrar as Secretary of the Board.

On a typical visit to the chancellor’s office – one may find on display, the following items;
1. The Board Manual – which is the Magna Carta Universitatum
2. The university Charter documents,
3. Board meetings and Agendas, copy of the university seals,
4. Photographs, historical documents and agreements et cetera.

The Pro-Chancellor assists and represents the chancellor followed by the President and Vice-Chancellor and the University Registrar as Secretary of the Board.

About the President & Vice-Chancellor of the University
The President and Vice-Chancellor is the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Academic Officer and Chief Operation Officer of the university on behalf of the Board of Regents and Fellows of The University of America . The President is also the Chairman of the University Senate. The President is elected to serve at the pleasure of the board for six and re-elected every six years. The President & Vice-Chancellor like Chancellor and the Pro-chancellor, must be a highly accomplished academic, strategic innovator, edupreneur and a doctorate degree holder with excellent moral and intellectual pedigree commanding the respect of all in and outside the community.

Gamaliel is a Fellow of the Royal Society Arts, London. He earned his HETC credentials in Higher education Teaching from Harvard, LCC in Strategic Innovation from Oxford, HILC in High Impact Leadership from Cambridge, MA in Higher education Management and Leadership from The University of Chichester, PhD in Mathematics and PhD in Engineering (with Distinction), M.Sc. in System Engineering, BSc ( First class) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from University of Pacific(with Distinction). BSc. (First class) in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM),. LL.B (Hons) Law / Latin. (First class) BA. In English/ Admin (Jersey). PGDIP. ED., HND. ED. OTHM (Darthford) He also graduated from the Air Force Auxiliary Officer Indoctrination Training I, II, III as well as the National Aerospace Officer School Maxwell Air force Base as well as a graduate of the elite American Merchant Marine Academy.
His subject areas includes but not limited to the subjects of Mathematics, Engineering, Education, Law, Military and strategic studies, History, Geography, Research and Development, Science Innovation and High Impact Leadership, History and Cultural Anthropology .

A former Mathematics and STEM Senior Teacher at UA High School within Temecula School District , Riverside County California and has won several nominations for the U.S President's Award for Excellence in Mathematics Education by National Science Foundation.
Award winning Professor of Mathematics and Engineering Education at University of America Curacao. President and Vice - Chancellor, The University of America .www.uoa.edu.cw, where he has won the President's Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Education.
His academic and intellectual life has resulted in supervision of 1600 undergraduate and graduate research projects and authorship of 25 books and research works.
Beside all these, Chancellor Gamaliel is an ordained Southern Baptist and Biblical Scholar, with various ecclesiastical degrees, theological research works, books and encyclopedia certifying 30 years of rigorous discipline in Biblical Hebrew, Aramaic , Koine Greek and Latin, theology, Ministry, Missiology, Philosophy , World religions , Psychology ,Counseling , Chaplaincy and clinical pastoral education.
As a practicing Christian, he has ascended Jerusalem for his formal Christian pilgrimage for his Aliya
